Transportation Schedule

Arrivals

Tuesday, August 21st, Wednesday, August 22nd and Thursday, August 23rd

Baltimore / Washington International Airport

CAP will run shuttle vans from the Baltimore / Washington International Airport (BWI) to the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront Hotel.  Shuttle will run approximately every 45 minutes between:

11:00 am - 7:00 pm on Tuesday, August 21st
8:00 am - 8:00 pm on Wednesday, August 22nd
8:00 am - 4:00 pm on Thursday, August 23rd

Pick up point at the airport will be in the baggage claim area.  Please look for CAP personnel to direct you to the CAP vans.

Baltimore Penn Station Railroad Depot

Additionally, CAP will run shuttle vans from the Baltimore Penn Amtrak Station stop to the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront.  Shuttles will run approximately every 45 minutes between:

11:00 am - 7:00 pm on Tuesday, August 21st
8:00 am - 8:00 pm on Wednesday, August 22nd
8:00 am - 4:00 pm on Thursday, August 23rd

Departures

Sunday, August 26th

CAP will run a shuttle bus from the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront Hotel to the Baltimore / Washington International Airport (BWI) for departures on Sunday, August 26th.  The bus will depart the hotel at the following times:

5:00 am

6:00 am

7:00 am

8:00 am

9:00 am

10:00 am

11:00 am

CAP will also run shuttle vans from the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront Hotel to the Baltimore Penn Amtrak Station for departures on Sunday, August 26th.  These will run approximately every 20 minutes starting at 6:00 am through 1:00 pm.
