General Emergency Services Currency
CAP Regulation 60-3 Paragraph 2-3a. states:
"To remain current in the GES specialty all current holders will complete new examinations within 180 days of issuance of a new examination."
CAP Test 116 is now revised effective 1 June 2004. All members with current General Emergency Services specialty will have to complete Part 1 (25 questions) of CAPT 116 before 29 November 2004 to remain current. After that date, members who did not complete the new test will no longer be able to participate in Emergency Services missions until they complete the test.
The test is available online at https://tests.cap.af.mil/ops/tests/default.cfm?grp=dos as well as through normal test distribution.
