PD Tip of the Week:  Make a ceremony out of a member getting a specialty rating, wings, award, or promotion. Take a moment at the meetings (unit formations work great) to make them feel special.

Customs, Courtesies, and Uniforms Tip of the Week:  When walking in a group in uniform; the senior officer (most senior in rank and grade) walks to the front and to the right. Say there are four people walking in a group:
                                                          Front
                                             Captain          Lt Colonel
                                             C/Capt           Senior Member (no grade)
