            
 CAP Online LearningCivil Air Patrol is fully committed to providing as many courses as possible online. The old ECI-13 has been replaced by an online course title the "Officer Basic Course" that provides the same credit as the ECI-13 course did in the past. E-Learning plans call for additional online learning component for the traditional courses such as Squadron Leadership School and Corporate Learning Course as well as the capability to offer ancillary training to all members on an individual basis. Members will be able to enroll in specialty training tracks online and complete upgrade requirements in conjunction with OJT. We will also have the capability to allow instructor facilitated online courses for specialized training. Future plans call for the development of simulations and other video based training which will be responsive to rapidly changing conditions.
