Membership Card Guide

The following guidelines outline the requirements for your eServices photo, which will be used for your CAP photo membership card and CAP Form 101 Specialty Qualification Card. After you crop and upload your photo into eServices, your photo will be automatically sent to your commander for validation prior to use. If it is rejected for any reason, you will receive an e-mail notification explain why it was rejected.

Suggestions for taking your photo

  • We recommend using "Portrait Setting" on camera.
  • You can also try taking your picture vertically instead of horizontally.
  • Photo size should be around 500 kb
