
The following guidelines outline the requirements for your eServices photo, which will be used for your CAP photo membership card and CAP Form 101 Specialty Qualification Card. After you crop and upload your photo into eServices, your photo will be automatically sent to your commander for validation prior to use. If it is rejected for any reason, you will receive an e-mail notification explain why it was rejected.

| eServices Photo Uploading Instructions |
| 1. Login to eServices (Note: If you have not registered before, you will need to go to "First time eServices users click here to activate your account!")
2. Once inside eServices, click on "Photo Upload" under CAP Utilities on the left 3. Click on the "Browse" button and go to where the picture file is located on your computer 4. Double click the picture file and click the "Contine to Crop" button 5. Resize and drag the box to highlight/center your head and neck line as shown in the photo on the front of this page 6. Click " Crop photo" in order to save it 7. Once you click "Crop photo," your photo will then be submitted to your unit commander for validation
