SAMPLE MOU

This Sample MOU should be used for the drafting of MOU's that authorize missions, including wing and local MOU's, in order to ensure prompt approval. This sample MOU describes those basic missions the CAP may perform for the state which have been pre-authorized. Accordingly, use of the sample MOU will simplify NHQ CAP review as well as expedited approval.
