AUBURN UNIVERSITY - GINN COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING
Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama, may award a $6,600 scholarship to a CAP cadet who will choose a major within the Polymer and Fiber Engineering Department at Auburn. The recipient would study in a department that performs research affecting aircraft structures, NASA satellites and rocket motor nozzles, bullet-proofing, and other aerospace applications. “E-Tech” graduates are especially encouraged to apply.
To apply, follow the procedures listed above for academic scholarships and apply for admission to Auburn University. Thereafter, HQ CAP will provide additional information on how to complete special application procedures required by Auburn.

DOWLING COLLEGE SCHOOL OF AVIATION
Dowling College annually sponsors one 1-year scholarship (valued at $8,000) and two 1-year scholarships (valued at $4,000) for CAP members who enroll at the Dowling College School of Aviation. This scholarship is also open to senior members.

NORWICH UNIVERSITY
Norwich University, the nation’s oldest private military college, is offering scholarships to CAP cadets with one or more years in positions of leadership. The scholarships are valued at $20,000, payable for $5,000 per year.
To apply for the scholarships, cadets must submit a letter of recommendation from their wing and/or unit commander, along with an application for admission, and be accepted as a member of the Norwich University Corps of Cadets. CAP cadets should address scholarship request letters to:

SPARTAN COLLEGE OF AERONAUTICS AND TECHNOLOGY
Spartan College in Tulsa, Oklahoma, will sponsor several scholarships to CAP cadets.
-One annual $10,000.00 Spartan Tuition Reduction Scholarship for Flight – Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology’s W. G. Skelly Civil Air Patrol National Flight Scholarship
-One annual Full Spartan Tuition Scholarship for Technology - Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology’s W. G. Skelly Civil Air Patrol National Technological Scholarship
Applicants must meet the following Special Eligibility Requirements:
- High School Senior or Graduate
- Current CAP cadet in good standing
- Be of high moral character
- Demonstrated high level of professionalism in appearance both in and out of uniform

- Maintain a 3.5 GPA (normalized)
- Demonstrated outstanding leadership in CAP
- Provide a summary of the Cadet’s accomplishments in CAP and their Community

- A one-time $1000.00 Tuition Reduction Scholarship for every CAP cadet in good standing who attends Spartan College
- Eight (8) annual $5000.00 Spartan Tuition Reduction Scholarships for the eight CAP Regions – Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology’s J. Paul Getty Civil Air Patrol Regional Scholarship
- High School Senior or Graduate
- Current CAP cadet in good standing
- Be of high moral character
