Welcome TLC course directors and instructors:
Survey after survey, cadets have said senior leadership is the #1 factor affecting their overall experience in CAP. Countless seniors have asked for more tools to help them become better mentors and leaders of cadets.
In response to this demand, National Headquarters and experts from around the country have completely revised the TLC curriculum.
This page contains in-depth and easy to use lesson plans, slides, hand-outs, and other supporting materials necessary for conducting a successful Training Leaders of Cadets course.
Although TLC completed field-tests with high marks, there is always room for improvement. From time to time, National Headquarters may update the materials below, in response to members' suggestions and policy changes affecting the course's content. Please ensure you are using the most current materials by referencing each file's date below.
