Satellite Tool Kit

STK is a software tool that allows engineers and scientists to design and develop complex dynamic simulations of real-world problems, especially those relating to satellites, spacecraft, and aircraft. Through CAP's partnership with Analytical Graphics, the makers of STK, cadets are invited to test-fly this state-of-the-art technology.

STK is a fantastic aerospace activity for cadets.

HOW TO OBTAIN AN STK SOFTWARE LICENSE
Every wing director of aerospace education should have several copies of STK, but to use the software you must first obtain a license by following the instructions below:
1.  Contact your AEO or the Wing DAE to request an STK kit
2.  DAE loans the disk to the unit to be loaded onto the squadron's computer (not a member's personal computer)
3.  After loading the software, a Host ID Number and Registration Number will appear. Email those numbers to National Headquarters.
4.  NHQ will provide that information to Analytical Graphics, who in turn will provide the licensing information.
