ACADEMIC AEROSPACE LESSON #5:  DOUBLE-BARRELED ROCKET 

• The amount of clay the students use at the end of the straw greatly impacts how far the straw will fly when lauched.  (Not having a large "wad" of clay at the end of the straw yields better results.)  You may want the students to figure this out on their own.
